It was a busy day on Thursday in Pyeongchang, with Team GB athletes competing in five events.
It was a mixed bag in terms of success. Here’s how they all did.
Curling: Women
Team GB had an up and down Thursday as they slumped to defeat against USA but then fought back against China to take an 8-7 win after a sudden death 11th end.
Skeleton: Men
Dom Parsons made a solid start to his medal attempt, lying in third position after the first two runs. Jerry Rice also looked good, sitting 13th overall with two runs to come.
Giant Slalom: Women
It was misery for Great Britain’s Alex Tilley as she suffered a fall in her first slalom run and therefore couldn’t complete her second run and thus did not finish the event.
Cross-Country Skiing: Women
Annika Taylor finished 75th in the 10km cross-country skiing event. Norway’s Ragnhild Haga took gold.
Biathlon: Women's 15km
Amanda Lightfoot finished 73rd in the 15km Biathlon. Sweden’s Hanna Oeberg took the gold medal.
