Day 13 could well be another special one for Team GB with the Brownlee brothers looking for an Olympic and British 1-2 in the triathlon whilst the women’s diving reaches its climax with Tonia Couch hopeful of making the final.
We could well see a few more medals for Team GB as they look to maintain second place and remain ahead of China in the overall standings.

Second round of golf kickstars
Charley Hull gets the day going for Team GB at 11 as she tees off in the women’s golf second round. She is two shots off the lead.
Can Heath and Schofield take gold?
Liam Heath and Jon Schofield took bronze at London 2012 in the 200m sprint.
They finished first in qualifying for the final of the men’s 200m yesterday in Rio so they will be hoping to secure gold for Team GB today at 13:40.
Jade Jones defends title
Jade Jones will today begin the defence of her -57kg taekwondo. It starts at 14:30 but the final will not be until 02:00.
Brownlee brothers go for 1-2
Alistair and Jonny Brownlee will go head to head in search for Olympic glory in the triathlon as the brothers look to make it a Great British 1-2 at 15:00.
Alistair is the current Olympic champion.
Team GB against Bolt and co.
Team GB face a tall order in the men’s 4x100m relay heats as they take on Jamaica and Brazil amongst others in there semi final at 15:20.
The wait is nearly over in 470 sailing
Team GB’s Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark will finally get chance to take gold in the 470 sailing today.
All they have to do is finish the race to take gold. They currently hold a 20 point lead. 17:05 for that one.
10m women's diving
The women’s 10m platform diving semi finals take place at 18:00 with Tonia Couch gunning for a final place.
The final will be at 21:00.
400m hurdle final
Eilidh Doyle will go for a medal in the 400m hurdles final. She finished third in her qualifying semi final. 02:15.
Bolt's time for treble treble
Usain Bolt will go for gold in the men’s 200m final at 02:30. If he wins he will have won the last three Olympic 200m finals.
Adam Gemili will go in lane two for Great Britain.
